How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online, by phone, or by visiting us in the salon.
For Ombré Powder Brows, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
When do I pay for my appointment?
All services are paid for in-salon after your appointment, except for the initial Ombré Powder Brow Tattooing session, which requires a $100 non-refundable deposit paid in-salon or via online banking within 5 working days of booking.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
Can I get brow services while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, such as brow tattooing. Please consult with us before booking, and we’ll guide you on what’s safe.
Are your services suitable for men?
Absolutely! All our brow and lash services are gender-inclusive.
How long does a brow tattooing appointment take?
The initial session takes around 3 hours. This includes consultation, mapping, numbing, and the tattooing itself. The second perfecting session 6-8 weeks later takes around 2 hours.
What should I do before my brow tattoo appointment?
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours before your session. Stop taking fish oil tablets and stop using any anti ageing skin care around the brows for 1 week before hand.
What are Henna Brows, and how long do they last?
Henna Brows is a natural way to tint both the hair and the skin. It creates a fuller, more defined look that lasts up to 2 weeks on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the hair, depending on skin type and aftercare. It is also made from a plant that can help stimulate hair growth by up to 60% over time.
What is Ombré Powder Brow tattooing?
Ombré Powder Brows is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo technique that creates a soft, shaded, powdered effect. It mimics the look of filled-in brows, offering a natural yet defined appearance. The results typically last between 1 to 3 years, depending on skin type and aftercare. A touch-up is recommended 6–8 weeks after the initial session.

Hybrid Brows leaves a skin stain that lasts for about 7-10 days, while the tint on the hair lasts around 4-6 weeks. Hybrid Brows are perfect for those looking for a natural yet defined brow look with more longevity than regular tinting.
What is Regular Brow Tint?
Regular Brow Tint is a semi-permanent dye applied to both the brow hairs and the skin. It creates a natural, defined look by darkening the brows. The tint stains the skin for up to 7 days and the hair for up to 4 weeks, offering a softer, more subtle enhancement compared to henna or hybrid tints. It’s perfect for those who have lighter brow hair and wanting to add colour without a bold, intense look.
What is the difference between Ombré Powder Brows and Combination Brows?
Ombré Powder Brows create a soft, powdered makeup look. Combination Brows are a blend of hair strokes at the front and shading, offering a more defined yet natural finish. Ombré powder brows are suitable for all skin types where combination brows are suitable for normal-dryer skin types. Oily skin is not recommended for this as the hair strokes tend to blur over time and don’t last as well.
What is a Lash Lift, and how long will it last?
A Lash Lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls and lifts your natural lashes, giving them a longer and fuller look. It lasts about 6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. It’s a great low-maintenance option for enhancing your lashes without extensions.
What aftercare is required for brow tattooing?
You will get an aftercare pack to take home with you as well as aftercare instructions. Dab brows every hour for 3 hours with a damp cotton pad, then before bed wash your brows with the Cleanser, blot completely dry, and apply a pea-size amount of A&E ointment by dabbing/tapping gently into the brows both morning and night for 10 days.
How do I care for my Brows after treatment?
After your Brow treatment, avoid getting the area wet for the first 24 hours. Gently cleanse the face to avoid prematurely fading. Avoid using strong exfoliators or rubbing the area, as it can cause the product to fade quicker.
How often should I get a Brow Lamination?
Brow Lamination lasts about 6 weeks, depending on your hair growth and aftercare. For best results, it’s recommended to wait 6-8 weeks between treatments to avoid over-processing the brow hairs.
How long does tint/henna/hybrid brows last?
- Tint: up to 1 week on skin, up to 4 weeks on hairs
- Hybrid: up to 10 days on skin, up to 6 weeks on hairs
- Henna: up to 2 weeks on skin, up to 6 weeks on hairs
How long do Ombré Powder Brows last?
