Refund Policy

At Courtney Jade Brows and Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring our clients have a great experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Services

• All services are non-refundable once they have been provided.

• If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a complimentary fix or follow-up session where appropriate.

• Results of treatments may vary based on individual skin types, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. We do not offer refunds due to individual healing results or personal preferences once the service has been completed.

2. Deposits

• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure the initial session of Ombré Powder Brow and Combination Brow Tattooing appointments.

• This deposit must be paid in-salon or via online banking within 5 working days of booking to confirm your appointment.

• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, including for cancellations or no-shows. If you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur a cancellation fee. • No-shows for any appointment will incur a fee or result in the loss of your deposit.
