  • The services available on our Website include booking appointments and accessing information about our beauty treatments.
  • All services offered are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

  1. Payment Policy

  • All payments for services are to be made in-salon after the appointment, except for the initial session of Ombré Powder Brow Tattooing.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the initial appointment for Ombré Powder Brow Tattooing. The deposit must be paid in-salon or via online banking within 5 working days of booking the appointment.
  • The remaining balance for Ombré Powder Brow Tattooing will be due after the appointment in-salon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online banking.

  1. Booking and Appointment

  • To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required for Ombré Powder Brow Tattooing. For other services, bookings can be made without an upfront deposit.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee.
  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your Ombré Powder Brow Tattooing appointment. This deposit is non-transferable.
  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered, except where required by law.
  • For cancellations of appointments other than Ombré Powder Brow Tattooing, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
